Opening Hours:  Our office is open from 0830hrs - 1730hrs Monday to Friday.  Please do not hesitate to pop in or Contact Us on 0845 481 2665 with any problems or questions.  All calls outside these hours are diverted to our on-call mobile.  If your call is not answered outside of our opening times please do leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

New Service:  We now offer a service to supply & install wireless TV link transmitters in your home.  This allows you to view your Freeview, Sky or Virgin TV in another room without the need to drill holes through your walls or pay your TV provider to come and install a Magic Eye etc...  It also gives you the flexibility to move it to another room without paying again.  Please see our Fixed Price Repairs section for more information.

As we frequently enter our customers homes or offices and deal with sensitive information, we require our staff to hold a Basic Disclosure issued by Disclosure Scotland to show that they have no criminal history.  These are updated regularly.  Please feel free to request a copy of any technician's certificate at any time for your own peace of mind.
